Yeah, I love how much fun they have with that kind of thing.

And they’ve been using those costumes for a while, but mostly in their social presence. The Duolingo YouTube channel is a wonderful mix of in-depth talks about how they do what they do and extremely silly jokes. A recent example:

Now Duolingo has posted a full, minute-long version of the “Spanish or Vanish” song from the previous video, and, um, they are definitely leaning even further into that meme.
