  2. difficult to explain or understand; strange or odd.
I have an idea for a new game-ish thing to play here - alphabetical titles. You play the game by taking the existing title of something, re-arranging the words in the title into alphabetical order and then posting the re-arranged title here.

But you can't just do it with any title and there are some rules to follow.

Rule 1: If the title is already in alphabetical order then skip it.
Rule 2: The title has to be at least three words long. The articles (a, an, the) don't count but can be included if the title is long enough without them.
Rule 3: Sub-titles can and ideally should be included but are not strictly necessary (if the title is long enough without them).
Rule 4: Uppercase and lowercase letters are sorted together instead of in different sequences.

Rule 5: Numbers in the title are also included and can be sorted based on their form:
  • Word form of a number - as is
  • Numeric form of a number - as a number (with other numeric forms and before all other words) or as the word form of the number
  • Roman numeral form - alphabetically by its letters or by numeric value (like numeric form) or as the word form of the number
Rule 6: Ending punctuation should remain at the end. Non-ending punctuation between words can be moved wherever you want or excluded. Ending-type punctuation that is not at the end of the title can be moved there, kept with the word it is after or removed if there is another ending punctuation already.

Rule 7: The articles can be removed from the final title, kept with the words they precede or placed in their natural order.
Rule 8: Words that appear more than once in the title can be kept or your can remove the extra ones.
Rule 9: Don't talk about a funny game of titles.
Rule 10: Wait. Rule number 9 is stupid and I've already broken it. Ignore it.
Rule 11: Only post one or a few titles at once.

Rule 0: The one rule to remember over all others is to use/apply the rules as you see fit in order to make the funniest, weirdest and/or most interesting result.

I sincerely hope that is all clear but post any questions here or post a rearrangment attempt and I can tell you if you "broke" any rules.

Example:
The Way of the Dragon

Can become any of the following:
Dragon of The the Way [strict order, keep duplicates]
Dragon of the Way [strict order, remove duplicates]
the Dragon of The Way [keep articles with associated word]

[Would this be a Mandalorian dragon then?]
